Date: Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 6:45pm - 8:30pm.
The annual meeting is usually held at Northville Township Hall (44405 Six Mile Road). Once scheduled, homeowners may attend to hear about and discuss neighborhood projects, review the annual budget, and learn about how you can get involved in the HOA board decisions. Sign-in is required. The meeting is not open to the public, HOA members only will be allowed to attend.
If you are interested in running for a board vacancy, please submit your name and intent to run, plus a short bio introducing yourself as a candidate to the neighborhood, to nbwhoa@gmail.comÂ
The HOA's Nominating Committee announces all interested candidates at the Annual Meeting. Shortly thereafter, voting will commence by secret ballot - via USPS mail. The newly elected members take office on February 1st.
