Welcome to North Beacon Woods! Located in Northville Township, North Beacon Woods is approximately 30 miles northwest of Detroit in Western Wayne County, Michigan. The subdivision is within walking distance from the downtown district of the City of Northville, where residents enjoy quaint Victorian-era architecture, art galleries, shops and restaurants.

Our subdivision features 162 homes, each situated on a large, spacious lot with pleanty of room for outdoor activity. Our community hosts annual social events, is home of the Moraine Elementary School's annual "Fun Run", and boasts direct access pathways from our homes to the School, without crossing a main roadway, making it ideal for young families with children in the Northville Public School District. 

The North Beacon Woods Homeowner's Association is run by volunteers from our resident members, allowing us to keep dues low, and communications friendly.
